Our Services

PRI offers four core services to inform policy and practice decisions, which result in improved outcomes for people and communities:

  • Technical Assistance
  • Training
  • Research
  • Policy Evaluation

PRI is a national leader in behavioral health technical assistance provision and has served as the catalyst for systems change. We provide technical assistance to states, territories, and tribes through a broad range of services (both onsite and virtual) to guide policy and practice change.

We have operated numerous technical assistance centers and programs for federal and foundation clients. Our staff and consultants assist with the implementation of evidence-based treatment and support services for people with behavioral health conditions, particularly those who have experienced homelessness or who have been in contact with the criminal legal system.

PRI offers training workshops in our expertise areas to help communities and organizations transform behavioral health service delivery.

We develop training curricula to meet your needs using evidence-based practices, state-of-the-art technologies, and strategies that engage practitioners and policymakers. Our trainers also provide participants with a wide variety of resources, including tool kits, monographs, trainer manuals, and strategic planning tools.

PRI is well known for its research principles, program assessments, evaluation studies, performance measurements, and data analysis. Our independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) provides expert consultation and review on matters related to human subjects for all research and evaluation projects.

We can assist you with establishing and training staff on data collection methodologies, designing research protocols, and presenting study results in an appealing format that will gain notice among policymakers and funders.
